Cancellations:

• In the case of participant cancellation, a 75% refund will be offered 30 days prior to the event. After this time no refunds will be available.

• In the case of sponsor cancellation, a 50% refund will be offered up to 2 weeks before merchandise is finalised. After merchandise has been finalised, no refunds will be available.

• In the case of event cancellation due to government restrictions, a 50% refund will be offered up to 30 days prior to the event. If the event is rescheduled, all registration fees will be transferred to the new date.

Safety:

• If we are unable to sail on the day due to safety concerns regarding weather conditions, refunds will not be available, however we will endeavour to have a good party in lieu of the race.
